In Quesos Guijarro, all our cheeses are made from milk of the highest quality from Manchego sheep, they are rich in aromas, with a variety of textures and cures for all kinds of palate.

At this moment it is from a good storyteller speak of that which has characterized us for almost 40 years, it is the meticulous care of our cheeses, the delicate touch of healing and maturation in the old way. I think Cervantes almost  may have been inspired to write his masterpiece "Don Quixote" after meeting and test the quality of our products and Manchego courtesy that every good customer appreciates.

Let's  present a selection of our cheeses. We do not intend to repeat with those who know us, much less boring newcomers, thanks to each and every one of you, we hope that you enjoy our website , as it is merely an extension of our service shop to our customers.
