Development and Aging - maceration 14 days at 26 ° C. controlled fermentation 9 days walk from barrels with selected yeasts to concrete tanks. Induced malolactic fermentation with selected bacteria. Duration 14 days. Aged for 9 months in American oak barrels (66%) and French (33%) oak barrels of combining roasts and funds.
Thinning Centrifugation, clarification and filtration. Bottling cold amicróbico filtering by filter to 0.9 microns.
Tasting Notes. Red wine of ruby red colour with tile reflections, clean, bright and well covered. A nose intense and clean aromas emerge, with hints of dark fruit and some notes of stone fruit, spices, cocoa, roasted coffee and vanilla. The palate is clean and fresh, with easy and wide entry, with a final elegant and harmonious mouth.
