Cheese made from pasteurized sheep's milk, with colored "pure white" and enviable eyes.
This cheese maintains a firm texture and compact consistency, no sticking to the knife cutting and low elasticity.
Very mild odor, no persistence sheep milk because pasteurization.
What it does not, which still remember being a soft cheese in flavored soft cheese that previously did it unpasteurized with a loose mouth, nothing pasty.
